You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exactly what I wanted. I've bought at least 10 of these over time and only once other than this time that I got exactly what i wanted. Durable. Easy magnet snap together. sealed all the way around.

I bought this screen to put on a barn door that we remodeled for office space. We’ve had trouble sealing up the door to prevent bugs in the fall so I thought I would try adding a screen. Since adding I have less bugs getting in and I love the extra air flow while working with the door open. It was easy to install. It came with Velcro, tacks and the screen. All I needed was a scissors to cut the Velcro to size and a hammer to tap the tacks in. The magnetic closure works great when my hands are full and I can’t close it. The Velcro is strong and will hold the screen in place very well. The size was perfect for my door. It also has some straps to hold the curtains open if needed. It appears to be good quality. The only thing I would change is including more tacks to secure the Velcro. Overall very pleased with this screen.

The fiberglass magnetic screen is more heavy duty and it works well with family going in and out thru back sliding door area. This product has always been my go-to The only thing and no fault of the item is it is not puppy proof, meaning countless times my dogs have torn this down and I've had to replace but again that is because I have young dogs my older dogs never cared about the screen so I'm sure they will grow out of it and leave my magnetic screen alone!!

Great product! Pretty easy to install Just make sure that you put it a little higher up in the center top like the instructions say and it will close perfectly! The adhesive may take the paint off of old wood if that is the only place for you to put the adhesive on so be warned but that wasn't really a big deal for me because our paint is already chipping on that anyways most of the adhesive and velcro border went on the vinyl siding trim and that came on and off very easily with no damage at all. I was able to teach my dogs to go in and out of it with treats and to teach them to use their nose instead of their paws pretty quickly which I was a little worried about but it worked great and we're enjoying it very much. I bought one of these when they very first came out many years ago and it was terrible and this is so much better the magnets are super strong it closes every time It looks better and it's a much better material so it's the product is definitely improved since I don't know 10-15 years ago when it was first invented 😄Great price and great product!!!

Like this better than the last one I had, only complaint is needs to be secured better at the seems that come together. If you don't push directly in the middle, the seam rips from the screen. But so far still no open holes.Also like the magnets better than the "block" ones I had before, better seal down the middle
